A mathematical error appears in Fig. 6 of the above-listed article. The “Price per unit” (in U.S. dollars), the right-hand column, should list U-100 Insulin Regular as $0.03 per unit; U-100 Insulin Lispro as $0.07 per unit; and U-500 Insulin Regular as $0.02 per unit.
