In the above-listed article, data regarding HDL cholesterol levels in men and women, in the second column of p. 1054, are printed incorrectly. The current text reports HDL cholesterol values “>40 mg/dl in women and >50 mg/dl in men.” The correct data are as follows: >40 mg/dl in men and >50 mg/dl in women. The online version reflects these changes.
