In the print version of the article cited above, there are several typographical errors in the results section. On page 304, the percentage of patients who received rifampin should be 67.5% [rather than 76.5%] in the sentence “Rifampin was the antibiotic agent most frequently used (27 patients; 76.5%), followed by fluoroquinolone (especially levofloxacin) in 28 patients (70%).” On page 304, the combination of rifampin and a fluoroquinolone was administered in 19 patients (47.5%) [rather than in 19 patients (47%)] and Table 1 should have been cited instead of Table 2 in the sentence “The combination of rifampin and a fluoroquinolone was administered in 19 patients (47%) (Table 2).” These data are correctly reported in Table 1.
