Section 7, Diabetes Technology, of the Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes—2020 has been annotated to include the results of a 6-month randomized, multicenter trial of closed-loop control in type 1 diabetes further supporting the use of automated insulin delivery systems in adults with type 1 diabetes.
