Article Highlights: Pathway to Stop Diabetes
The Pathway to Stop Diabetes program from the ADA aims to create the conditions that foster scientific breakthroughs in diabetes research. Talented early-career scientists who demonstrate exceptional innovation, creativity, and productivity receive 5–7 years of funding to explore new ideas without traditional project constraints. Pathway awardees are also paired with world-renowned diabetes scientists who offer mentorship, as well as scientific and professional guidance, throughout the duration of their grant.
