The U-500 insulin algorithm depicted in Figure 1 of the article cited above (p. 78) contained two incorrect symbols in the follow-up section of the algorithm (≤130–200 mg/dL was shown instead of the correct >130–200 mg/dL and ≤200 mg/dL was shown instead of the correct >200 mg/dL). The correct figure is shown below.
