CDC Epidemiologic Reports on Diabetes Care and Prevention

In partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this collection of Diabetes Care articles aims to expand upon the CDC’s national data and information on current estimates of the burden of prediabetes and diabetes in youth and adults. The articles are authored by members of the CDC and have undergone rigorous peer review, as with all original research submitted to the journal. With this collaboration, Diabetes Care and the CDC will publish 1-2 articles annually with the goal of enhancing current diabetes data and ultimately resulting in improved outcomes for those whose health and wellness are affected by diabetes and its complications.
