31 January–3 February 2013
Barcelona, Spain
Web site: www.prehypertension.org
Beginning with manuscripts submitted after 1 January 2013, Diabetes requires authors to report HbA1c levels in both traditional, DCCT-derived units (as %) and SI, IFCC-recommended units (as mmol/mol). Authors should use the NGSP's HbA1c converter at http://www.ngsp.org/convert1.asp to calculate HbA1c values as both % and mmol/mol. (Please note the additional link for converting standard deviations.) Values should first be reported as %, followed by the mmol/mol equivalent in parentheses.
