In the above-mentioned article, Fig. 8,D showed the addition of recombinant human (rh) interleukin (IL)-10 with human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in NSG (NOD-SCID IL-2rγ-/-) mouse recipients of neonatal porcine islet cell cluster grafts resulted in reduced interferon-γ and enhanced FoxP3, CTLA-4, CD62L, GITR, and IL-10 gene expression when compared with mice receiving human PBMC alone. The results for mice receiving PBMC and those receiving PBMC and rhIL-10 should be reversed. The actual data in the figure is correct. The corrected version of Fig. 8 D is below. The wording in the text remains unchanged, and there has been no change in the results or conclusions. The authors regret any inconvenience this may have caused the readers of the journal.
