Erratum. Small Interfering RNA—Mediated Suppression of Proislet Amyloid Polypeptide Expression Inhibits Islet Amyloid Formation and Enhances Survival of Human Islets in Culture. Diabetes 2008;57:3045—3055

In the article cited above, the authors discovered an inadvertent error in Fig. 4A (bottom right panel). The micrograph in the 2008 article for the +Ad-Cont-siRNA condition is a duplicate, shifted slightly, of the control micrograph above it in the top right panel (non-transduced condition). This error arose through mislabeling of the original micrographs. Figure 4A is reproduced below with the correct micrograph for the +Ad-Cont-siRNA condition (bottom right panel). The authors regret this error and confirm that it has no impact on the data presented, interpreted, or discussed in the article.
