83rd SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS: CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The 83rd annual American Diabetes Association Scientific Sessions will be held in San Diego, California, 23–26 June 2023, at the San Diego Convention Center. Abstract submissions will be accepted until Monday, 9 January 2023, at 5:00 P.M. EST. The committee encourages submissions that are innovative, challenge current treatment paradigms, and represent the latest advances in basic, clinical, and translational science. This is your opportunity to shape the scientific program and help ensure that the most relevant spectrum of topics is presented at the meeting. CLINICAL DIABETES CME SERIES: OVERWEIGHT AND OBESITY MANAGEMENT FOR PRIMARY CARE CLINICIANS
In this short video series, an expert panel led by John Anderson, MD, discusses the burden of obesity, recommends approaches to facilitate communication and patient motivation, and describes evidence-based treatments.
