Standards of Care in Diabetes—2024
The American Diabetes Association’s “Standards of Care in Diabetes” is based on a complete review of the relevant literature and is intended to provide clinicians, researchers, policy makers, and other interested individuals with the components of diabetes care, general treatment goals, and tools to evaluate the quality of care. The American Diabetes Association Professional Practice Committee updates the Standards of Care annually and strives to include discussion of emerging clinical considerations. 2024 Clinical Update Conference
The American Diabetes Association’s 2024 Clinical Update Conference will be held at the Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, Florida, as well as virtually, 2–4 February 2024. 84th Scientific Sessions: Call for Abstracts
The 84th annual American Diabetes Association Scientific Sessions will be held in Orlando, Florida, 21–24 June 2023, at the Orange County Convention Center. Abstract submission is now open; the submission deadline is 8 January 2024. The committee encourages submissions that are innovative, challenge current treatment paradigms, and represent the latest advances in basic, clinical, and translational science.
