1. What is included in an individual subscription?
Individual subscriptions include online, user ID/password-based access to all new and archived content published in each entitlement.
2. How do I activate my online subscription?
To activate your online subscription, please click on "Sign In" in the upper right corner of any page, enter the email address associated with your subscription, and then select "Reset Password." You will then be prompted to go through the necessary steps to choose your user ID and password and to select your e-Alerts.

4. Who is eligible for an individual subscription?
Individual (non-member and member) subscriptions are available to any individuals and provide a printed copy of the journal(s) as well as access to the journal(s) online. Any individual may Join ADA's Professional Section and enjoy discounts on journal subscriptions. Please note that Institutions may not join as members.
5. How can I access ADA's journals online if I am not an ADA member and I don't have access through an institutional subscription?
You may wish to Apply for ADA membership or you may wish to purchase an Individual (Non-Member) print subscription, which provides access to the electronic version. Without a subscription, you have access to tables of content, abstracts, and full text searching (without full text viewing) at no cost and without having to register.

7. How can I tell if my institution has subscribed? How do I get my institution to subscribe?
If your institution has a subscription, you'll see a button at the top of the page confirming you're signed in as part of your institution.
If your institution has a subscription but you are unable to access journal content online, please contact your librarian. The librarian may need to activate your institution's online access.
