MIHAIL “MISHA” ZILBERMINT, MD, MBA, FACE, is an associate professor of clinical medicine in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. He is also the director and chief of endocrinology at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD.

Dr. Zilbermint established the endocrine hospitalist and inpatient diabetes management service at three community hospitals and helped save hundreds of thousands of dollars by reducing lengths of stay for patients with diabetes. His specialized diabetes team won the Johns Hopkins Innovations in Clinical Care Award.
