The size distribution of exosome preparations were analyzed using a NanoSight NS500 system according to the manufacturer’s instructions (see 2research design and methods). Data are presented as mean ± SD. All preparations were analyzed in duplicate, and five videos were recorded for normal and GDM pregnancy.
