Of 74 men, 21 experienced a CHD event, and of 155 women, 49 experienced a CHD event by the time of the 7-year follow-up. Cutoff point is the highest WHR quartile (≥1.00);

cutoff points based on high risk category classification of the National Cholesterol Education Program and the guidelines of the European Atherosclerosis Society;

cutoff point is the highest ACR quartile (≥8.55 mg/mmol).
