Data are means ± SE (n = 8–10). ICR mice were fed with regular diet and injected with saline (control) or STZ (STZ alone) or fed with HFD and injected with saline (HFD alone) or STZ (HFD/STZ). Blood glucose, plasma insulin, triglycerides, FFAs, and body weight were measured under the fed condition.
